"For the past few months, the DEUS II comes standard with a carbon fiber lower stem that is twice as rigid and lighter."

Has anyone one got one of the new stems?

I need to check, I just got a deus II 2 weeks ago.
It had the new charge connector on 3 way lead for control unit.

ok, just looked at lower shaft, looks like polycarbonate.
in the manual it just say
  1. 1 S-TELESCOPIC Stem

Do you have a link on the news item ?

These shafts are also shipped with the 11”x13” coil, the CI stands for “Carbon Infused”.
