Its a silver 3 cent piece. It was used mainly for postage.

When I found my first ever 3 cent piece a 15 months ago, it rang up 12/26 12/27 @ 8 inches. You would be surprised to see how small it was. I am interested in what the FECO #'s were for Ise450 as well.
 
I was civil war relic hunting, I was setup in two tone and I was digging high tones. It was just 4 inch's deep did not get a good look at the numbers Sorry.

Looks like it has the "O" mint mark next to the "C" on the reverse, only mint marked 3 cent. Nice, better date.
