AMEN, GET AFTER IT.Genesis
AMENJust start from the beginning and go from there. And if there is something you need to ask questions on just post about it or ask someone about it then carry on.
I agree with Mike on this. The main thing is getting in there and reading. The best thing is, that you are in the word. You can't go wrong. Some people struggle in areas of the old testament, because of all the names and genealogy etc... Many start in the new testament. Roman's is good. Can't go wrong where ever you read. May you be blessed by getting into His word.
Why not 'begin at the beginning', in Genesis? As a 59 year guitar player, I remember well reading the first time in Genesis, it was discussing Adam's lineage. At 4:21, it mentions in my Bible, 'JUBAL, HE WAS THE FATHER OF ALL WHO PLAY STRINGED INSTRUMENTS AND PIPES'......And there you have it! THANK YOU, JUBAL! AMEN.When I begin studying the bible in what
book should I begin in.Thank you.
A new Christian Id say the start of the New Testament. But otherwise yes from Genesis but also get yourself some good trusted commentaries. Mathew Henry is good. When I begin studying the bible in what
