I just took my lowest blood glucose reading, a week ago when I ........

It takes time for your eyes to adjust to your new body chemistry but they will return to better than normal in a few days. Keep your eye appointment because they have to check your retina annually for any detachments. Diabetes will cause blindness if it is uncontrolled. I am in the same boat too as many others here. But my eyesight fluctuates daily depending on my blood sugar. If I get to low.......it gets blurry, too many carbs.......it gets blurry but once the blood sugar (glucose) nears it's normal range then my eyesight is fine.
If you have a Joslyn Clinic for diabetes in your area, by all means go to it. They will teach you everything you need to know and how to handle yourself. No more pigging out Ray........those days are gone.........loose the weight and loose the diabetes.

a link from people who have the same problem, blurred vision, I'm gonna stop taking this pill and inform my doctor of my decision, I will see her Tuesday so that gives me almost 6 days to get my sight back to normal. I did the research and these folks had the same problems I am with Lisinopril.

I read some of those postings and there are underlying factors for their blurred vision besides lisinopril.

I am a registered nurse........spent 15 years working the intensive care units and 5 years working in dialysis besides my flower shop business. I do have the experience.
