... no available smaller coil option ... that many people I know never bought a Prizm, and why others parted with their Prizm.
For many a 950 is just too big. For some, an 8" coil is just fine for a lot of hunting. The Classic 5-ID can be had with either an 8" or 950 coil. But for a good number of us, having a small coil option is an absolute must.
I wish Kellyco had one of those little 5.5 Ferret Hot head coil in the frequency to work on the Classic 4 and Classic 5-ID. They were a great size and I enjoyed the performance of every one that I had in the 6.59 kHz frequency. It would make them more sellable, in my opinion.
