...and I already have a gut feel that it is "hotter" than the SSII I had before. Not as smooth sounding, audio-wise, but it does seem to be hotter. It is USED, alas, so it needs a few parts. Anybody know where I can get these things?
The parts are:
1. A new arm cuff assy, to include the foam insert cushion. A former owner sawed of the two rest legs on the bottom of the cuff assembly. <img src="/metal/html/confused.gif" border=0 width=15 height=22 alt=":?"> <img src="/metal/html/angry.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":mad"> Now it just tips over...
2. An 8" coil scuff guard. Never leave home without one...
2. A new foam rubber hand grip. The one on now is chewed UP!. Could I get a 7/8" handle grip and use that. Anybody replace one of these with an off the shelf piece?
Why didnt I get a Umax before?! <img src="/metal/html/cry.gif" border=0 width=40 height=15 alt=":cry"> It handles like no other detector I've used before...
Good Skill and HH,
Dave
P.S. If ever anybody wants to be relieved of a nice, working Silver Sabre II I will EAGERLY entertain any negotiations to that effect.

Add to my standing offer on an SSII my EAGER willingness to substitute a Bandido II in it's stead.

Although we do not list every part, if you need any parts not found in our Tesoro Accessories page, just email me a list of what you need. Good hunting, David @ Dixie
