This modded Cibola is silky smooth and is soooooooooooooooo much fun to use. The 3-way toggle switch makes checking targets a breeze.
I have the 8 inch concentric doughnut coil attached and it's like swinging a feather. That's without the heavy coil cover. They made it way too heavy.
The audio tone on the Cibola seems clearer and sharper than the Vaquero's audio tone. It's not as coarse sounding.
I don't normally like using the all metal mode, but the audio tone on the Cibola is really easy on the ears and full of information.
A coin's audio response is discernible from the audio response of most pieces of trash. Yep, I'm really liking this detector a lot.
Have I mentioned how deep it goes?
