I am pumped, Digger was Telling The Truth!

The more field reports I read from everybody here, the more excited I am to be in this hobby at this juncture.
When Randy said you are going to be amazed at what this detector can do, there was hesitation and doubts cast among us, some wanted field reports,videos by "unbiased users", some thought Digger had an ulterior motive. Now that minelab delivered the CTX to the lucky few who have tested it so far, the positive results are coming in, but Randy knew that this would happen all along. Now he has the enjoyment of replying to your posts, knowing what you are experiencing with this machine happened to him while testing. I am sure he is getting alot of satisfaction right now, & hopefully some apologies for those who beat him up thinking he was blowing smoke.... I'll say it for Randy "I Told You So". If I was closer Randy, I would buy you a beer, no,you deserve a pitcher for all the flack you took. Thanks for keeping your head up and looking out for the majority and keeping this forum on the right track.
Hope everybody get as much enjoyment from this hobby as I do, as I am chomping at the bit waiting for my CTX to arrive.

I second all that, Randy's a straight shooter. I only received mine today, just a couple hours testing with it in the backyard, this thing is every bit as impressive as Randy said. I am completely amazed at the multiple targets on screen. I think the way they rolled it out, with the countdown timers, no price, and limited info. , was a bad idea, it just ticked us all off.

Ya know, you bring up an interesting point......I've never understood how volunteering hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of hours, testing a new product, makes a person "biased". Apparently some people don't realize that one of the big reasons a new product reaches this point is because of independent testing? I will say, however,.......if anyone uses the CTX 3030 for as long as I have and not be biased as to its performance, they weren't paying attention.

As to the new "field reports"......I have to admit, I am enjoying the posts and videos that are coming in.

As to saying "I told you so". Naw, I'll just let the CTX 3030 speak for itself. So far it is doing just fine! HH Randy
