Howdy from Montana

Here is some free reports from Whites on the MXT and others: http://whiteselectronics.com/info/field-reports.html

You picked a great detector there, Bucko69! I bought mine the first month it came out, and my serial number on it is very very low. Most people hadn't even realized yet what a great prospector it really was back then.
Learn to hunt in the Relic mode with it, as it is simple and a extremely hot mode to hunt in. The 2 tones are great. It is a good mode to use prospecting as well.
If the MXT was a rifle, it would be a 30-06...a very versatile gun where you would never feel under-gunned for anything you wish to hunt in North America.

Thanks PennyFinder!

I will definitely check out those reports at Whites!

I had a 30-06 rifle which I passed on to my son after I stopped hunting 30 years ago. You're right, it is a fine all around weapon. If the MXT serves me half as well, I shall be happy indeed!

I'll remember your tip about hunting in the Relic mode and see how it works for me...I can hardly wait to experiment.

thanks again!

Nancy!

That's great you have the book and your hubby can sell me one. I have taken the liberty to put your email address into my email address book and as soon as I make my MXT purchase, I'll contact you...prolly be another month or so yet, still looking at my finances...Inc tax prep time tomorrow and I gotta take the wife out for Valentine's Day Dinner tonight...either or both could throw a kink into my MXT plans...heh! Just jokin...I hope!

Bucko!

Sounds good Bucko. You two have a wonderful dinner tonight and enjoy! If it's meant to be, you'll get that MXT. Take care, Nancy
