Nice job Cal I use my D2 sometimes on the beach mostly my Manticore.

Deus Beach program and increase the audio volume to max. Allows the deep targets to sound off better around the surf. And I dig anything above 55. Dug a nice gold wedding band in the 18" range, registered 75-77.

You better be digging everything from 40 and up...tons of rings have been found ringing in the 40s...few pieces of gold I know of in the 30s...

Hello cal, I also dig 30' s 40's up.... Dug 14 k hollow e,ring. At 31' just never know what position it's laying...& Also walk a 360* around your hit...

I have found some stainless jewelry in the 20s. I know it's not like gold or sterling but interesting to find especially when the day is slow. I have never found gold, even the thin rings and chains below 39.
