How Good Is White's Service?

SUNDAY ! I sent White's an E-mail about a problem with the V3.

I thought I would get a reply in the coming week with info on sending in the V3.

I had my reply from Todd by 6:47 PM the SAME DAY---SUNDAY ! ! ! WOW How COOL!!!

Talked to Todd first thing Monday about a problem I've been having and said they would send out a new one. Sent Whites an email a little later to have them send me the tracking number so i could be home when I figured it would delivered "in a few days".

Got an email back yesterday saying they sent it overnight!!!! Got it a little while ago. HOW AWESOME IS THAT!!! :surprised: Regular ground would have been just fine. Also, maybe this was to be expected, but, I thought I would receive a new "business end" of the V3...but they sent out a complete unit w/headphones. :thumbup: I've already sent back my unit.

They are batting a thousand. They are really focused on this unit "taking over the world" of detecting. Thanks White's.:clapping:

I won't mention any other manufacturers but all I can say is compare the quality of construction in White's machines then add on customer service that is simply unmatched and you have a winner.

Now add the V3 into the mix and all I can say is Wow!
