... agree if Vernon is quinching his thirst from the bowl instead of the tank. That's a trick Vernon may have learned from the resident Cross family puppy ....

... except if I remember correctly, that puppy is really tiny and may be able to use the toilet bowl as an olympic size swimming pool and have to climb a step stool to dive in.
