Hilltop Harvest 2006 - Part II - Finale

Thanks for the great inspiring story John, You really had me on edge at the end of part 1. Heck, with the sleeping in, working in your shop, 2 bowls of homemade vegetable soup and the great successful hunt, I'd call that a grand slam of a day! Hope you fill your freezer before winter.

I really need to have a couple more in the freezer before January. I can have four, but I rarely "limit out" because I strictly bow hunt.

Maybe tomorrow will be a good day. There's a eight-point across the road I saw this afternoon at 12:30, chasing a doe. Maybe when I put my climbing stand up in the valley, next to a couple of his very recent "still smokin'" scrapes, I'll get lucky.
