I figure that my life will be okay without a cellphone and having no service just makes it easier..
Same reason I have no televsion reception.

i actually average about 10 minutes a month, had the cell for a year or so and have a total of 2-1/2 hours on it.
Sometimes its very handy tho, and i need it for what little work i get <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">
