Hi, I don't know if you are including the northeast in the north search for coins, but here it goes. I've posted a bunch before, I think you saw them already Gray Ghost. These are a bunch of new oldies. 1834 Half Cent (AU/MS), 1842 Half Penny Token - Canada (XF+), 1858 3 Cent Silver (VF), 1841 Half Dime (XF/AU). Hope the pictures come out close enough. You never know what you get until it posts. HH

Uh -Oh mighta started the war again with that statement...LOL....Sure everybody post all you want..He just was curious what we found in Yankee land.....
Put em up and lets all look at them................I would like to see some of the Civil war relics from the South..we have nothing like that here...

I'm too old to fight. Might damage my detecting arm. No just thought he was interested in the central north (Like Michigan, N. Dakota, etc) as opposed to New England. I must have read it wrong. Cause I always wondered what is found in Idaho, N ans S Dakota? Large Cents or gold coins or Seated? It seems every part of the US has something special to find. But I'm counting on you to protect me if a war does break out.:lmfao: Just kidding Gray Ghost. Have talked through posts to you and your an excellent guy. Pretty good hunter too. These questions usually show some really good finds from everyone.

So if you have it.want to share it..please show us..we are very interested.

ahhhh, no worries about another war coinnut. its over and has been for a long time, besides, i didnt have a thing to do with it! interestingly, i have ancestors who fought on both sides of the war. and i respect that. im enlightened enough to know, like most people, that were a much stronger nation when we all pull together. and metal detect! and post your stuff! and metal detect! and post your finds everybody! thanks! i want to see the result of your labors! hh,
