Help please on setting up the CTX 3030 to Relic Hunt!!

I have the detector set with relic picked and gain adjusted. What are the outher adjustments needed? Like low trash or high trash, Fast or slow recovery. I will be hunting in the woods. Any help would be wonderful. Thanks

Depends on the amount of trash. You may want to click Recovery Fast and change the Target Separation to High Trash.

You should be ready to go with the factory Relic program Jim. Recovery Fast and Deep are already ON as well as High Trash Separation selected. I would start with the factory program and you can tweak it from there as needed in the ground you are hunting.

You can bring the Relic program up in XChange2 for a closer look at how it is set up.

I think the ground will be sweet enought to use it. I will use the GPX 5000 out in the fields. The soil there is very hot. Thanks again
