Hi.. I don't visit here often so my question may have been posted before, I was detecting today on a school soccer field and I heard
some voice transmission in my headset, I was so surprised did not catch or remember the voices heard? is this something that can happen with
a metal detector. Seems ok was just a few spots? thanks hh

Normal situation ........some radio frequencies such as CB and local AM stations can be heard if your close enough or strong enough signals, Your headphone wires act as an antenna. This also happens on most analog electronic devices. If the problem persists then if your handy with soldering, I would make sure the headphones have a good ground connections or I would try a different headphones.
