Here are my last 2 hunts before the strike out of a 4th of July weekend hunt.(NO SILVER OR GOLD)
It blows my mind how i can go out and clean house and then go out after the Holiday weekend and
just really strike out. Some one had to have beat me to my spots because i was lucky to bring home
a pocket full of change. My theory is they were hunting the evening before while people were in the water.
I was at the swim beach at 5:50 so i know no one was there that morning before me. Looks like i will have
to start hunting in the crowds.
All is well though the 2 hunts before that weekend hunt maid up for it.
2 Golds rings 1 half a Gold Chain and the rest is silver and 1 SS wedding band.
I built a my own shaft for my Ecal 2 and it allowed me to hunt for 12 Hours on Monday and yes i am hard core
my only time for brake was about 60 min of travel time between 3 lakes. I am in it to win it if there is gold there
i want to be the one to get it.
I am very very pleased with my excal 2 i noticed the few other regulars with a pouch of trash and me well
none other than a few pop tops. Some times i feel bad for the trash i know i am going over and leaving for them.
But hey that's why i spent the money, read Clive's book and bought the best.
Again thanks to all who encouraged the purchase. I am about 1 nice ring or chain away from having it payed for.
