" Halo Effect"

Boy that brings back an awful memory!

The Sun Ray pin pointer many here is talking about is like a 1 inch coil that is made for some detectors and not all of them. It uses the electronic of the detector and has a toggle switch to turn on the probe and turns the coil off so you use this 1 inch probe (coil) to go into the hole to find the target. This also works for target close to the top of the ground as I just use the probe for them instead of digging as it is fast and I can get more targets per hour by using this probe. The depth of these probe are 3 inches or more and many will say they don't need one, but never tried one to see how they work, but most when try it will love them. I have one on my Sovereign GT, my Sovereign XS2, my Explorer SE, my Wife's MXT and just got one for my Fisher F-75 as they are great and hard to detect without them now.
