Found a 1917 2 franc and a WW1 hat pin I think

Nice finds with that French 2 francs coin and hat pin.
Years ago, I ran into a very large hat pin like that one.
I also recognize the coin as I found a coin ring made from that francs coin around the same year.
I believe it is 83.5% silver.

Thanks. I think it is 83.5 looked different when it came out of the ground.
