I read the review in the link that was provided and I feel that I got a lot of good information about the operation of the Sovereign and I would really recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a Sovereign GT and are hesitating doing so. I would read the review and then stop lurking and buy it.

Amen! I live on 20 acres that has been variously logged, pastured and farmed over the past 150 years and my Musky has a pile of iron I have pulled out that defies description. I can get hits in all metal or minimal discrimination as deep as I care to dig on various large chunks of iron.
So I guess it's a good thing I'm getting the Sovereign GT and keeping the Musketeer.
