Gray Ghost amphibian headphones

Any of you ever use the Gray ghost amphibian headphones for the XP Deus 2 ? Do they make you hot while using them on land ? What do you think about them?
 
I have some for the Legend. They are as hot but no hotter than other large headphones. I am used to the headphones on my Tesoro Stingray in the water so the Gray Ghosts seem too quiet there and they aren't adjustable. I don't use them much on land unless it is raining hard. They are nice for water hunting but I still think they are too quiet for best results there on the Legend. However, my hearing is not the best. The volume on the Deus 2 might be better but I do not know as I don't have one.
