Got the V-3 back as V-3i

Whites did a fine job upgrading my V-3, I had to pay the 125.00 but it was worth it. The D-2 coil runs smooth @ higher gain. Tried it out on a few factory settings in the park and it worked great.
I had put off the upgrade for quite a while till I compared my V-3 to a friends V-3i , mine was off quite a bit, I didn't know just how bad.
Whites even replaced the screen, handle grip and other stuff
I 'd say my old V-3 was like an alcoholic with the shakes, the new upgrade is smooth as a --------------------

All the changes are standard procedure with the upgrade. I haven't seen several of our pro's who are still running the V3 having complaints. You guys, chime in. The upgrade is an improvement.

Calibil,

What was your turn around time? I'll be sending mine after X-mas.....i waited awhile just to see what other people have been experiencing with the upgrade....Ive had my V3 now for over a year never had a problem other than the coils.....but I still can't ground balance in wet sand....in salt mode or not......dry sand its fine.... Ive been doing this for 30 years with whites machines and never had an issue like that. So I'm in hopes that the upgrade does the trick.

Marc, that was one of the improvements. Most guys who used the closest local repair center had turn around a week or less. The mail takes the most time.

The upgrade is great and well worth the money and time. Was just 6 days from send off to return for me.Was sent to Illinois ,from Indiana. Yazoo
