Got new 800 and Large Coiltek-old 800 being sold

I got the new 800 set up with the sweet Coiltek large coil.

I am selling the old 800 because it is out of warranty, and I’ve already had 2 coils and the armrest replaced.

Went to the beach in St Augustine and it sure goes deep!!!

Heavy!

How much more depth does it get compare to the stock coil?
What do you use for a back-up detector then?
Not sure how much more since I'm just running it in the beach. It seems to be hot on little pieces of metal near the surface, parts of zippers, etc.
