Sure am learning to hate bobby pins. Especially the symmetrical ones that are wavy on both sides....I end up having to dig deep, and never see them because they look like pine needles or something.
 
two of the greatest English hoards were found by people who never used one before! now you are an addicted seasoned pro-- we expect to see more! congrats and welcome to the hobby! great start. i never did but keep a log! date time, machine, what found goodie column, trash column, conditions where settings, you can be the future moderator for my grand kids! throw the change into a jar for the next unit! be surprised. i have paid for my units that way, with finds. i dont keep all of them, i give to kids, sell good gold, keep a few coins and tokens, sell some, but the change goes to detectors. next project--Teknetics Delta! welcome again. hh Carey
 
Well, I don't use it everyday, but using it at least weekly. Keep it in the backseat of my truck all the time. And going to take it to Yuma with me at Christmas.

Also, been taking kids I do counseling with to the parks and let them find coins under the swings and things. They are having a blast, and one kiddo is actually finding a buck fifty every time he goes out, and does it in 30 minutes or less!!!

It appears that I am officially HOOKED!
