These have a sweet sound and I am hearing impaired
26 volume is plenty of volume .....I am getting ready to hit my old water sites
And make it happen....I think they will work just as good on land as in the water very comfortable...
Good work Gary and Crew .... like the way they match the CTX color scheme...

Hey Jim - I got mine today too!!!
They are awesome - their connector works great and looks bulletproof...
The instructions on how to set the volume were spot on - I never read to do that in the Minelab manual.

My Buddy came by - checked them out and decided he didn't want to wait until who knows when - so he ordered one right up.
I'm so happy to be the first guy on my beach digging gold with them tonight - lowtide at 9:30pm - I'm on my way real soon.

Hello Harold - may I step in for Jim since I have the same phones from the same supplier (Jim pointed me in their direction)...

You ask "at that price" - it was $165 complete with shipping. There is NO ADAPTER used or needed with these phones - it's a small one piece IP68 connector that is fully integrated and direct wired/sealed to the phones at the DetectorPro factory...

All you do is just plug it in and screw it on and you are GOOD TO GO - both land and sea - the external speaker shuts off - It's all good. One headphone that can do it all...

So this is the connector with a piece of shrink tube over it right...

Just want people to understand that this is NOT over molding.

Over molding is a process of injection molding.

I could maybe make it work but it would not be pretty

I hunt and I carry a basic field repair kit ....

a compression connector is easier to repair should the need arise...

which will save you time and money and keep you in the water where the real money is...

it aint about warranty its about staying in the water and Digging

When your phones are on the market and Available we welcome you to

talk about your product's merit.... until then ...oh well...

They are both gray ghost anybody can order a connector and make their own or order molded headphone cables ..... doesn't matter

I got phones now that work.... No they are not Minelab..... nor are they Molded cable .....but I can or any other competent detectorist make a simple repair IF the need should ever Arise.
