which is the all metal no motion position, far left or center. i took mine out today for the first time found some coins but i think the depth could have been deeper. i found lots of aluminum cans at great depths.

far left me i grund balnce mine in the far left position from what i can see iam going to love it

Actually the all metal no motion is center. Far left is all metal motion (retune). Be sure to power balance the unit. This will make sure your not to positive when switched from all metal to disc and you'll see that depth increase big time!!! HH

I predict that the Outlaw will become an all time favorite. It's really versatile and a lot of bang for the buck.

 I know a dealer who used to sell all brands of detectors. Now the only brands he sells is Tesoro and Whites. He said ( and I can't confirm this ) that Minelab sold out to Malaysia and that the Garretts he sold kept breaking down on his customers. He wouldn't even discuss Fisher, Teknetics, or Bounty Hunter. So you did good man ! :beers:

My dealer said the same thing and I was pretty surprised as I really love my Garrett ProPointer.
Is your dealer Canadian based by any chance?
