golden umax question:ausflag:

the golden umax has four tones, okay.when you discriminate out the lower targets, such as iron and foil.do you lose the low tones or do they remain there no matter what disc is used?i have a x terra 305 which has three tones and four options.if i run in pattern 2 it wipes out the low tones,so you only hear two high tones. so i was wondering if the golden umax was the same? bye for now, blowfly,hh

You will hear all 4 tones if the Disc knob is set at minimum. If you turn up the Disc knob to knock out iron and foil you won't hear the beeps from iron and foil. If you still heard them the Disc control would be useless.
