What switch do I need to get is it easy to fix all it does is spin and stays in all metal but I can't ground balance but it works fine
 
Contact FTP. Let them know of the problem and get a service number. Send it to them and you'll likely get it back faster than you think. And they just might spot something to address and then you will be good-to-go!
