Going to try Gonehunting's settings

You can click on the + next to collections to create a new folder to store programs in instead of using the sample folder. I made a coin program like Gonehunting's and save it to the new folder and then to the CTX. I opened the program in Xchange 2 again and modified it. renamed it and save it to the new folder I created when I clicked on the + sign next to collections. When I opened the folder I somehow overwrote the first program when I saved the second one. No problem, I connected the CTX to the computer, opened Xchange2 and when the CTX was found clicked on CTX and it showed the programs on the CTX. The first program I created was there so I dragged it into the folder I created and it was back in Xchange2.
