Going to take 2 or 3 months off from detecting :-((

Earlier this year I purchased the sniper coil for my Ace 250. Great coil, and I love it.
Everyone was very helpful in my decision to get one. Never realized how good that little puck was going to be.
Took it out a few times and was very pleased with its performance, and I'm super glad l bought it.
Never knew I could get so close to bleachers and fences with it.

You probably ask why would I want to take time off from detecting?
In 2008 I had my second stent put into my LAD artery. Well last week we took a cruise to the southern Caribbean.
Had a great time, but had trouble keeping up with my wife and I didn't say anything to her.
Well when we got home I was still having trouble breathing when coming up from downstairs after helping her with the laundry.
Went to the hospital and this Monday I'm scheduled for double bypass. Was suppose to be today, but I got bumped.
Really @#$%& me off. Last year I had to have knee surgery and that killed most of the summer, now this.
As always I say Happy Hunting.
Keeping posting and I'll keep reading

:usaflag:Get better soon..so you can get back out there with the rest of us. :bouncy:

Dang bud what a rotten stinking bummer. There ain't no other way to get around it? Lotsa luck. As rotten as it is it should improve your plumbing considerably plus you'll get to play with the morphine pump. Keep us posted on your condition as we will be wondering about you.

Good luck with the operation. You'll just have to close your
eyes when those young nurses come in. Don't want you're heart to start
racing! Keep on truckin or is it pumpin?

Hope things go well for you on Monday. Once your fully mended, you'll be unstoppable out there.

We'll do our best to give you a fix so stop on in when you feel like it.

Pray for a successful surgery and recovery. My oldest brother had a 100% and 85% blockage in the same artery at different locations and had two stents put in, but he was fortunate that he did not have to have open heart surgery. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Bruce I will be praying for your fast recovery. Looking forward to hearing you back in the field finding what makes you happy.
