rick67 said:Chippie good luck with the email. I've sent four in a year and a half and no reply yet. I would have called but (1234567890) is a hard phone number to reach.
It's been a grey screen for me on three different phones. All droids, I will not use an Apple product.
chris_w said:Hello all,
I am myself confused about this.
Running XP Detect on Android 7.1.1, nexus 5x.
I have the Deus 11" coil & remote (no headphones).
Thus far I am not so much concerned by the app itself.
It is the Bluetooth advertising that seems to be an issue for me.
I have V4 and the Go Detect menu setting to Yes/On.
My phone & desktop bluetooth do not see the deus advertising itself.
I also ran nRF Connect on my phone and it cannot see the deus advertising either.
So at this point it seems like my Deus is not emitting any bluetooth signals.
Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but I thought I would share my situation in the hopes of solving this for all of us.
Best,
Chris W.
