Genuine Excalibur Sounds, Recorded From Various Items

Dom, the link and this post are over 3 years old. There IS no file, because it was hosted on my web space when Cox Cable was my Internet provider and I switched to Verizon FIOS, so the file is gone. I DO have it on my hard drive still though, so if you PM me with your email address I will be glad to send it to you.

Mike

Hello. I'd like the file but the link appears to be broken. Any advize on gettin g the file? 2.5MB is no problem for emailing to me. Let me know if you want to do that.

Hello folks,

It seems that somehow this old post of mine has gotten resurrected as of late and I have been getting a lot of requests for the Excalibur sound recordings I made. The link in my original post is no good, as I have changed Internet providers and that was to a file on my old web space.

Here is a link to a new public folder I created where I have deposited some of the things people have asked me for most over the years. I will probably add more and I may eventually make a simple web site to put links to these things on, if I have the time. Hopefully you see something here you can use.

Once you go to the folder, click on the individual files for a better description and then if you want, you can download the file. Some of these are for other machines as well.

John: Id like the file for sounds of Excal emailed but I cannot seem to find a PM option here. Incedentaly, I just ordered Tony Diana's CD. But Id like to have the file you gave an old broken link too as well.
I just see no PM option anywhere, including on your profile. Maybe I am not logged in???
I am in Ocean City MD incedentally.

Russ:

I guess you didn't read the post here that I made titled "UPDATE: Please Read!" If you read it you will see that I have re-posted the file you want in my new web space and it is available for download, along with a few other things you may or may not want.

The tones on the Sovereign GT are not the SAME, per say...there IS a difference. But that said, they are close enough for you to most definitely get the idea. The "sound" isn't the same, but the sounds are in the same octaves, as far as "low, medium, high" etc. and that's what is important.

Thanks. Got it. I'll download it all.
Best regards and Happy Holidays!

Thanks Mike I just purchased an Excalibur II . I have used an 1280 X for the last 15 years. This is going to be a job on retraining my ears. steve

for making that public. This is going to be very helpful plus helps a Sov noob get thru a cold rainy winter day.
