Garrett's new DD coil to be available for the 150/250, the GTI's, GTP, and the GTAX 550.

Good news Bill....I'm gonna get one for my 2500 and test it out nugget hunting. Looks awesome! Little bigger/deeper than the 5x10 DD and smaller lighter than the big 10x14 DD.

I hope they make it for the Scorpion and the Infinium.

It's a great coil for coinshooting with remarkable target separation.. This is why all the companies are going to DD's as their standard stock coil.

Yeah it ought to boost your success considerably and your supply of nuggies. Haven't seen your video. I'm still on dial-up and have trouble pulling it in. I've got to switch to high speed but keep dragging my feet. I switched to one company and had problems and it sort of soured me on it for a spell but I'll get to it. Don't want to miss any of your adventures. :)

Yeah that would turn it into a real barn burner. HA. It's hot on rings to begin with and DD's love rings, especillay gold ones.

Nice to hear. Wonder how it will be priced? Never used a double d coil and am anxious to try one. If it works like the drawing in the brochure it looks like it should be a breeze to locate a target.

Do you know if it pinpoints like the 10x14 DD coil for the 1500? I'm curious to know how that new coil compares to my current DD coil...

Most DD's pinpoint the same. This should be no exception even with the flat tips.
