General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

I would but it's been to may years and I forgot the name , and I know your concerns . Heck I can't remember the name of the forum but I do know it's now shut down . And I did post "his/her" or "it's" name when it happened . If I remember right "he/she" or "it'" floated a lot of the forums doing this and other stuff so when it happened it was reported . And what I did with the clone was test it's durability by running it over with my 4 x 4 and it failed the test .
Now that that's been said like I said before it's done and I will not inter fear with anything ever again ........... let the chips fly where they may , it's never going happen again . HH , Woodstock
 
I have a genuine Garrett Pro Pointer that does not have a serial number on the end cap Purchased it in 2012 from a reputable dealer. Had a problem with it and found the serial number inside the end cap on a piece of paper. Garrett fixed the problem asap and UPS brought it back to me at no cost to me.
 
and garret said the unit was made in 2013 the id tag on the circuit board says jan 2008..i know this is at least 6 yrs old ..but the circuit board says garrett all over it ..cant figure out the tags jan 08 and garrett says sn date 2013??? ..I see china on ebay is making a carrot garrett also ..but doesn't say garrett..Gregg in ohio
