In the case of the one I found, it is dated 1940-1942… I guess it expired and was simply discarded, or given to a kid that eventually lost it.OK.
What is it with all these lost chauffeur badges ?

That last quote is going way back.. many here may not understand it! LOLNice Save of the Chauffeur badge. With the 327, it makes you wonder if the Chauffeur drove a Chevrolet? Nice Saves on all the badges. I just had a thought. Maybe these badges weren't lost, but simply discarded when the chauffeurs came to the realization that ( "Badges, We Don't Need No Stinkin' Badges!) Just a thought.
