Just saw this forum, and got me thinking when I was a kid on our farm..when. they stripped our farm for gas wells they piled all these huge rocks up, gray rocks like slate. We would pull them apart, they would almost come apart like paper. Half a dozen fossils from each rock we usto get, ferns, plants, few birds and spiders of some sort . I dont know what we ever did with them but there's still a mountain of that gray slate rock they dug and piled up, I'll hafto go get some and post them here.
