I bought this probe new last fall and it is in very good condition. There are scratches on the black probe where it fits into the mounting clips. There is no way around not scratching the actual probe. It is mounted on the new style black upper rod. I had this on my old Explorer 11 and just a couple of weeks ago I mounted on the SE pro I just bought. I believe it will work with any Explorer, including the new Etrac. The probe is black and it has a red cap on the end. Again the on off switch is set up for a person who swings right handed. I am usually a very organized person, but I can't find the instructions. I did find the instructions for an older Sunray probe I bought several years back. They are identical to the new ones. The Sunray inline probes are one of the best accessories you can buy for any detector. I am only selling to lighten the SE as I have arthritis in both wrists and my right wrist is the worst. Eleven surgeries on both wrists makes even a three pound detector heavy after an hour or so. I will use my hand held Garrett pro pinpointer if this sells. 135.00 shipped and insured conus.
