Fisher Customer Service

Hello, folks!

I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Bobbie Morgan, Fisher Labs Customer Service Manager. I've decided to take the initiative into following what's going on. What's the "hype," the jazz, the gossip and first and foremost, the questions and interests. I'm no guru, but I can give answers and help to the best of my knowledge. If I don't have the knowledge, I'll get it and will be more than happy to assist any of you. I'm open for "bashing," comments, suggestions and whatever else it may be that you all would like to share. I want to do my best to experience the consumer background that is out there and approach that experience not just at a severe professional level, but also a more lax level. Please, we're here and listening. Take advantage of it. :)

Talked to her several times and assisted me is getting my F70 to the shop for an update. I am sure she don't know all the answers but will direct you to someone that does as she has that ability with a transfer to perhaps a tech etc. Welcome to the forum Bobbie and surely welcome to Fisher as they are listening so don't be a wallflower and join the dance and post as we all might learn something...

Very nice thing to do.. You would think the manufacturers would keep a eye on the forums just so they know what users think.. Wish you were around a week ago.. Welcome...

Hi Bobbie & welcone to the Forum.--What a neat idea and a service that is needed and can really be used.---This MAY be your first question and I think I know the answer but want to ask.--Exactly what does the update on those first out F70's consist of?--Do you know approx. how many F70's were turned out before that "glitz" was caught?-----I know this has been kicked around a lot but I want to ask.--------Thanks, Del

Wow! Warm Welcomes are the best! I really look forward to my time here. Thanks a bunch, folks! :) Sorry I couldn't be here sooner, but I am lookin' at some past posts to get caught up just a tad.

Welcome Bobbie, glad you and Fisher will be around. Although I have never had a Fisher detector problem, I am really glad to know a detector company seemingly does really care. Looking forward the the questions and answers. HH jim tn

I'd like to see the manuals on the web site also.

Have a great weekend!

All the coins pictured in the F2 ad that has been in the treasure magazines for the last several months are my finds/photographs. I asked Mike Scott to take care of this after seeing the first one and it never happened and the ad's still running. I would just like credit from now on.....like a photographer gets his/her name in fine print under the photo. The real Fisher always had me sign a release for photo's and written work and always made sure I got credit.....
Thanks,
Bill

Today, guy was asking bout where to get a XXXXXXXX detector when he can get enough $ cause he wants something that tells him what-how deep-tones- and other stuff, well i showed him my F2, had several detectors with me, gave him demo. IMPRESSED. wow, can I buy that one, well yes or you can buy a newie all your own, with warranty all gud stuff for couple hundred, and not to worry bout service.
The F2 has impressed me almost as much as it impressed me, they are good, and do bout all things llike they are sposed to.
and nice to know Fisher is Listening :detecting:
