First week, First finds. Gold!

Me thinks ya hit the mother load !

Cool, and just think, the year has just started (unless you are in a warm climate year round) then its just a regular day at the beach, eh?

Anyway ya look at it its GOLD!!!

See ya out there

Nice finds, As a general question do many people wear these gold teeth grills in the US, seen a few dug on this forum now but never see them in the UK

As far as I know they are not that common, at least here in Ft. Lauderdale. We do get a fair amount of tourists from the states and abroad. That might explain the Euro and maybe the gold teeth. Whatever the case, it makes for an interesting find. Still looking for that catch basin in this area. I've ordered one of Clives books, been reading on your excellent forums and waiting on my underwater headphones to arrive. Hopefully I'll be able to post some really cool finds in the future. Thanks all for sharing.

Anybody know what karat weight they use for grills??? Never found a grill yet (kinda gross if you ask me) but I guess it just doesn't matter when it goes to the smelter.

Congratulations and great job of keeping the beach clean! HH!
