Got out of work yesterday morning and while driving home spotted a utilities crew digging up the sidewalks installing a gas line. Winter has been in full effect here in West Michigan for the last couple of months now, so when I saw this chance to get out the detector I jumped on it. Ran home and got the beeper and put the coil to the ground. Pulled these 2 gems out along with some clad change. Will be working this site over the next couple of weeks while they install the new gas main. Great way to start the 2017 season!
 
I envy everyone that never has to put the detector down because of the white stuff!
 
The V3i works just fine in the white stuff - if you're willing to bundle up & hit the sledding hills. Voila! No more envy!! :thumbup:
