Nice find! As far as cleaning goes, most replies are correct. However, it is not a special key date and if you dont plan on selling it, I would dip it in professional coin cleaner. It has been in the dirt and likely has some scratches from initial inspection.
Its a personal preference, so do what you think. Id clean it and get it framed as your first silver.
