Wow ... that's a FANTASTIC find for sure - congrats ! :clapping:

Thank you very much for checking out my coin find andposting a nice comment but anytime you want to come out and go head to head with the 3030 invite is open all it is hopped up etrac with underwater cap.and my etrac doesn't shut off on its own it has no problem finding silver 485 last year and 200 already this year.Had a technological silver finding chip implanted in my head HAHA. Its more about experience of user, anyone can turn on a machine but to know how to use it is a different story.well happy hunting and always remember there is gold in the hills and silver in the fields.(wasn't trying to be ignorant in any wayat all i am just sick of hearing the ctx3030 being talked up so much that i am not impressed by it one bit and think its way overpriced and they also are having shut off problems. not for me i have enough headaches already.)

Thanks jw i will have more pics soon. Been very busy dad was in hospital for heart sugery and i have had no time to get pics ready.

thanks to everyone checking out my finds and i will try to post alot more.

Awesome find! Will you elaborate on the signal? What was the FE/CO? Was it bouncy?

Hey, that find ain't "half" bad! Great job. And I agree with you about experience being key. I know it to be true. Back in the 80's I bought a top-of-the-line detector that I saw an older gentleman have a lot of success with. He was retired and had hunted nearly every day so he really knew what his detector was telling him. He put his finds in his pants pockets and shirt pocket. The day I met him he explained all his pennies go in one pants pocket, nickels & clad go in the other and jewelry & watches go in his shirt pocket. All three pockets were full. No kidding. I watched him suck up one coin after another with that detector. Long story short: I went out and bought the very same detector. I never did master it like he did.
