First CTX Finds...Silver

Got my new CTX 3030 bright and early this morning. Headed to a local beach to test it out with some clad. Found an assortment of new stuff shallow and deep, as well as a few keepers. In 2 hours of hunting, I found 5 wheats and my first silver with the CTX...a '48 quarter. All of the old stuff was 7-9" deep. I've been over this ground with my ETRAC many times with 3 different coils and obviously missed these goodies. HH

Thanks Tim, sounds like you like it already

Awesome - I got a few wheats at a school that you and I hit hard last year with the e-tracs - gave up early 'cause of the burning heat! The CTX seems pretty stable and "talks" very similar to the big-e, so I liked it right out of the chute.
