Your testing would be a lot easier to understand if you would use troy wts( grains and penny wts} gold has been weighed in the tradional troy wt. for centuries. Its simple and easy to understand. 24grains equals one DWT, 20 DWT equals one troy ounce, or 480 g to a ounce Why mess around with zeros and dots to make tenths and then end up with a figure like 31.1 etc,etc to make a troy ounce? A grain is a very small unit of wt. and normally dos'nt need to be broken down smaller.
