Few new hunts

Stopped by Sanborn Park in Robbinsdale, had seen a few others out there detecting a few weeks back. Didnt get a lot of signals, but got the 1960 dime and Rem UMC headstamp, dime was about 7 to 8 inches down.
Got the 1898 Barber dime in trashy Minneapolis park, probably 7 inches down. Deus in General mode, reactivety up at 2.5. one thin dime, only rang up as 90. Noticing the machine will go quiet deep even with 2.5 reactivety, but you have to watch for faint signals that register no signal strength. Same park 1939 Jeff only 1 inch down.
Found the Bobcat pin on a parkway, smooth faint 80 81 about 5 inches down.

Had time to stop at the trashy park today for an hour or so, all typical stuff until I get a 98. Sounds good and I square off on it, solid signal 97 average. Was thinking maybe silver quarter, nope silver band. For bigger finger, but a pretty skinny band. Was about 6 inches down. General mode, 2 reactivity. Did some testing on a deep penny i hit today on 2 reactivity, set it down to 0 reactivity and rescanned, little extra depth but did hit harder.

Got out today, couple places not much luck, buck or so in change. Got this penny near end of day, cleaned it up at home. Warm water and toothbrush, in decent shape. Magnifier confirms a 1923 S. Looking it up its actually semikey, value of $5. Its rare i find a wheat penny worth more than a penny.

Last target of the day. Back to the parkway where i found the sweet nickels. Got a nickel vdi, deeper. If its a beaver they are 4 or 5 inches, beyond that odds go way up for nickel. Pulled this buffalo, 1927 if u look at just the right angle.
