thanks for looking Ronstar. Yep, I remember the bear. The block of wood is a stump that was cut down in my backyard a few years ago.

Ahhhh, Hamms… the beer refreshing (old jingle) and I believe had a cartoon bear as the commercial spokesman.
I would love to interview that block of wood you use in your photos, bet the stories it could tell…..

thanks, yes, my back and arm starts throbbing just thinking of my Etrac. when my primary Etrac quit in May I figured it was time to make the switch and I am glad I did.
Deus 2 is so good on finding coins on edge and has outstanding separation + depth.

That’s quite the statement knowing you mastered the Etrac and extremely successful with it. I agree with the weight issue with the FBS / BBS detectors. I am glad you are enjoying your new “partner” in the field! Best of luck to you in 2024!
