Excited about the Legend

The Legend showed up at my doorstep New years eve. We had a Bad storm took out the power in my neighborhood so I red what I could on the Legend by flash light till the batteries went dead, then by candle lite till that went out. Looking for tip and tricks to get me started the easy way.
I am charging as I type, but it will be yet another day of rain here tomorrow Good thing I will be water proof I hope for the day out with the legend.

my suggestion is to start with the factory presets until you familiarize yourself with the Legend, also if the Legend you received is not version 1.09 I suggest you update to 1.09 so you are not starting behind the 8 ball and having to relearn all the settings and new features that were added with the 1.09, once you do update

the other thing I highly recommend if your Legend is anything other than 1.09 version I suggest you down load and print out the manual for the 1.09 version

i was in a tot lot earlier with it and finding little things about the size of the "o" on my iphone keyboard. So im sure it will find gold, or whatever you are hunting
