etrac fair price

john term

New member
what do guys think a fair price would be for
etrac plus
coiltek 6inch
rnb battery
control box cover
and everything that came with original etrac
works perfect bought nox to go into water

E-Trac's are going for between 6 & 700 dollars
The bottom fell out of the used detector market
after the Equinox & Simplex hitting the market.

personally, for a good used one, low hours, well maintained, no issues, I'd personally pay between 550 to 750 on a case by case, on one with warranty left(less than 3 yrs old), upwards to 900, obviously, accessories can make it worth more, but only if those accessories are ones you might purchase.
my .02 cents
The bottom may have fallen out on vlf...but I see them being sold pretty fast, especially the FBS machines

FBS is still VLF

FBS is still VLF
your splitting hairs, you knew what I meant even if I wasn't specific enough...let me correct myself, single frequency machines versus Full band spectrum machines, and again, it was my opinion. jeesh

You implied FBS wasn't VLF which is wrong. You also stated in this reply "single frequency machines versus full band spectrum machines" No It's single frequency versus multi-frequency machines. Not necessarily FBS it could be BBS or Fishers CZ series multi-frequency machines or White's DFX Multi-frequency machines. If it's not VLF then it's a Pulse machine more than likely. But I also hear that the Tarsacci is neither vlf or pulse I do not know first hand because i have never used one, seen one in real life. Now that splitting hairs.

You need to post some pics in the classifieds, that's a dang good price and will sell fast, had I not just bought one, I'd would be sending you some money!!!
