I think Jimmy Sierra is a icon in the metal detecting community and probably a great guy but I don't want his picture on the side of MY headphones. If Ford had a great big picture of Henry Ford on the side of their cars and trucks, I'd have them paint it off before I bought it. If people want to use me as an advertisement gimmick then they can give me the stuff free.... but that's just me, and I'm not "normal"... or maybe I am. Sure, nothing wrong with the makers name on a good product but lets not over do it!
